Just bought an Astro A50 Headset (Gen 4). Brought it home and installed the astro command center. I made sure the dock is on the "pc" setting. When I open the command center, I get the message "please connect an astro gaming device or switch the connected device to pc mode."My computer is completely unable to recognize the Mixamp, even though it gives it power through the usb. And yes, its in PC mode haha. I've tried other things in the same port, everything but the Mixamp chimes when you plug and unplug it. I've just purchased a new Astro a50 gen 4 today and spent about an hour trying to fix this. But the Astro command center will not recognize my headset at all. I've tried multiple cables, multiple USB ports, hard resetting the headset multiple times, etc. I cannot get the direct install, or the windows store version to see it.
